Claire is currently mapping internal communications in a large NZ organisation and developing tools and templates to ensure that the right people have the right information at the right time.

  • A one off project interviewing individual members of a dysfunctional team and providing advice to the team manager.
  • Designed and delivered a workshop with a charitable community group to put together  a five year plan, thus enabling the group to work together for a common goal.
  • Provided advice to individuals affected by unfair work practices.
  • Assisted the world renowned  Kauri Museum with best practice awards entries.

As a Partner in a Dairy Farming business Claire has hands on experience on the challenges facing small businesses in a climate of fluctuating returns.
Claire is also a Director of Karepo Pty Ltd  an Australian based company with three trading arms, holiday rentals, construction contracting and a marine slipway.
