Claire has ten years’ experience as a Senior Manager in the public sector. Thirty years of experience owning and managing small businesses.

Claire is currently mapping internal communications in a large NZ organisation and developing tools and templates to ensure that the right people have the right information at the right time.
Since joining Karepo in June 2011 she has successfully:

- A one off project interviewing individual members of a dysfunctional team and providing advice to the team manager.
- Designed and delivered a workshop with a charitable community group to put together a five year plan, thus enabling the group to work together for a common goal.

- Assisted the world renowned Kauri Museum with best practice awards entries.

Claire is also a Director of Karepo Pty Ltd an Australian based company with three trading arms, holiday rentals, construction contracting and a marine slipway.
